# Zutaten:

01 - 4 firm pears, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

# Anleitung:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9-inch round pan with cooking spray.
02 - Lay the thinly sliced pears evenly in the prepared pan.
03 - Combine melted butter, eggs, milk, kosher salt, granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
04 - Pour the blended custard mixture over the pear slices in the pan.
05 - Bake the pie for 40-45 minutes, or until the custard is golden and firm to the touch.
